Surgicare Aesthetics runs its Marylebone clinic inside Charter House Clinic on Crawford Street, offering aesthetic treatments, skin care and wellness services. It is led by Dr Patel and Dr Gakhal, who between them bring over 35 years of medical experience from NHS surgery and GP practice. Treatments include anti-wrinkle injections, lip and dermal fillers, fat dissolving, Morpheus8 skin tightening, IV drips and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, each preceded by a full consultation and backed by aftercare from the doctors.
The wider service list takes in medical-grade skincare, body contouring, migraine Botox, weight-loss support and other wellness work, all within a CQC-registered clinic. Dr Patel holds MBBS and FRCS, and Dr Gakhal is a GP with MRCGP. The clinic works with brands such as Vivacy and holds insurance through Cosmetic Insure. It sits just off Marylebone High Street, a short walk from Baker Street station.
