The back bar holds London-distilled spirits, small-batch whiskies and fine liquors from further afield, and the team is happy to point you toward a smooth whisky, a balanced gin cocktail or something more adventurous.
There is more to it than the drinks. The bar runs live jazz nights, and it hosts mixology classes led by founder David, where guests learn the basics of cocktail-making. A short menu of charcuterie and artisanal cheeses covers the food side. It works as well for a quiet evening as it does for a private event.
