Dunstable Mews is a cobbled cul-de-sac off Devonshire Street in W1G, on the Howard de Walden Estate. It connects through to Clarke's Mews and was originally laid out as coach house accommodation serving the main properties on Beaumont Street and Upper Wimpole Street. The mews contains seven properties in two-storey buildings with a mix of plain and painted brickwork, mansard and pitched roof styles, and both cobbled and tarmacadam road surfaces. The lane is now entirely residential. It falls within a designated Conservation Area, and a high explosive bomb was recorded at the northern end of neighbouring Beaumont Street during the Second World War.
