Park Crescent Mews East is a cobbled cul-de-sac running off Great Portland Street, tucked behind the east wing of Park Crescent. It was laid out in the early nineteenth century to provide stable and coach house accommodation for the Nash terrace fronting Marylebone Road. The mews contains eight properties, mostly two and three storey, with painted or plain brick facades and mansard roofs; a handful of original garage openings survive. Today the street is wholly residential. It sits within Westminster City Council's Harley Street Conservation Area, designated in 1968, which limits the scope for alteration. Postcoded W1W.
