Park Crescent Mews West is a through road in Westminster, entered via an archway beneath a building on Harley Street and running parallel to Devonshire Mews West. Like its eastern counterpart, it was originally built as stable and coach house accommodation for the Park Crescent terrace designed by John Nash in the early 1800s. The mews has ten properties, predominantly two storeys with brick facades and parapet walls; some original garage openings remain intact. Use has shifted from residential to commercial, and offices now occupy most of the street. Part of the Howard de Walden estate, it falls within the Harley Street Conservation Area. Postcoded W1G.
