Welbeck Way
Welbeck Way is a short connecting street in the W1G postcode of Marylebone, running between Welbeck Street and Wimpole Street. At roughly 47 metres in length it functions more as a through-passage than a destination in its own right. The street falls within the Howard de Walden Estate, whose grid of Georgian and Victorian streets covers this part of Marylebone. The 31 or so properties on Welbeck Way are a mix of residential and small commercial uses, consistent with the wider W1G character where consulting rooms and offices sit alongside flats. There is nothing architecturally distinctive about the street itself; its value is as a pedestrian shortcut between two of Marylebone's principal north-south roads.
