The Perseverance Marylebone is a bar for people who take their drinks seriously: craft cocktails, rare spirits and careful mixology. The back bar holds London-distilled spirits, small-batch whiskies and fine liquors from further afield, and the team is happy to point you toward a smooth whisky, a balanced gin cocktail or something more adventurous.
There is more to it than the drinks. The bar runs live jazz nights, and it hosts mixology classes led by founder David, where guests learn the basics of cocktail-making.
